Prior to making a claim, you MUST attempt to make contact with the Approved Contractor who carried out the works under the term & conditions of the Guarantee. If you are unable to contact the Approved Contractor, then please complete the form below and include all attachments requested. Please note, we will only accept Guarantee claims from the current property owner and documents required under the terms of the Guarantee are received.
