Our credit terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Credit facilities may be withdrawn for overdue accounts.

Prices

Claims
Claims for shortages, damaged or loss of goods must be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Non-delivery must be advised in writing within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
Returns
Goods can only be accepted for return by prior authorisation and uplifting arrangement, a re-stocking charge may apply. Specialist goods that are manufactured to order are not returnable.
