Unlike PVA, when used in damp areas, this bonding agent will not re-emulsify and should be specified for all external situations. Sovereign SBR Bonding Agent contains anti-foam to help prevent excessive air entrainment and an antioxidant to give extended durability. It can be used in both, renders and floor screeds. Renders and screeds show greatly improved adhesion to the substrate, reduced cracking and surface dusting.

Key Features

Improves adhesion & water resistance of mortar mixes

Improves flexibility to reduce cracking & shrinkage

Suitable for external use

Coverage: Sealer coat: approx. 30m2 per 1L concentrate Bonding coat: approx. 5m2 per 1L concentrate (based on the correct dilution rate for 1 litre of product, i.e. a sealer coat diluted 1:5 produces 6 litres of ready for use sealer.
