The Bower Beam method of joist-end replacement eliminates most of the work of the traditional methods and leaves the floor joist as strong as before and clear of the damp wall.
Designed for use on joist widths ranging from 50mm to 152mm (2” to 6” approx). Each unit comprises two ‘L’ shaped sections supplied complete with fixings. New ceilings can be fixed to all types.
