Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.

Moisture-curing, single-part polyurethane adhesive
BIOKIL. PU Adhesive bonds plastic foams and insulating materials to a wide range of rigid and flexible facing materials. It is used in panel manufacturing and laminating to make structural sandwich panels and insulated building boards for cold stores, caravans, mobile homes and offices.
Preparation
Materials must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants. Store metals somewhere warm before bonding, as cold metal can extend cure times. Some materials, such as certain grades of aluminium, galvanised steel and plastics, may need a primer. Test new materials before full-scale use.
Application
- Apply to one surface only by trowel, notched scraper, hand roller coater or automatic bead applicator.
- Over-mist the adhesive with water (5–15% of the adhesive weight); avoid excessive water.
- Assemble the panel as soon as possible and apply pressure (typically 0.5 to 0.9 bar).
- Maintain pressure until the bond can be handled (30 minutes). Full cure takes 24 hours; keep handling to a minimum and avoid extreme temperature changes during this time.

Safety
Flammable: keep away from ignition sources and do not smoke nearby. Use in a well-ventilated area. The adhesive is moisture-sensitive, so keep containers sealed to prevent premature curing.
