Building chemicals improve how mortars, concrete and renders perform, and prepare surfaces before work starts.
Admixtures include BIOKIL. Admix, an air entraining plasticiser that improves workability and freeze-thaw resistance. Premium M+ is super-concentrated, and Premium P+ improves water resistance while plasticising, retarding set and inhibiting salts. Integral Waterproofer protects mortar, concrete, renders and screeds against water, and Anti-Freeze Rapid Set accelerates curing and protects against frost down to -8°C.
For preparation, Premium Substrate Cleaner lifts grease, oils, carbon and waxes, and Heavy Duty Grease Cutter is a water-based degreaser. Lime Inhibitor stops free lime from blocking cavity drain systems.
