External waterproofing protects below-ground walls from the outside, managing groundwater before it reaches the structure.
The BIOKIL. Geotextile Membrane is a twin-layer cavity drain membrane, with 8mm studded HDPE bonded to geotextile. It manages water and relieves hydrostatic pressure on retaining walls and foundations. The Geotextile Profile Strip finishes the top edge and stops debris, backfill and mortar from getting behind the membrane.
Geotextile Fabric is part of the same system. It wraps perforated land drainage pipes.
