Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland are charged at cost—please contact us.

Mapei Planiseal 88 (formerly Idrosilex Pronto) – osmotic cementitious waterproofing mortar
A one-component osmotic mortar made from a cement-based compound, selected graded aggregates and special synthetic resins. Mixed with water it becomes a fluid mortar that can be applied by brush, trowel or spray, giving excellent adhesion for complete waterproofing – even against negative (counter) pressure up to 1 atmosphere. A premium tanking slurry at a competitive price.
Typical applications
Underground masonry subject to water and moisture seepage, interior and exterior cellar walls, foundation walls, basins, reservoirs, concrete or masonry tanks, swimming pools, lift pits, underground passages, irrigation channels and other damp areas.
Application in brief
- Surfaces must be clean and sound; block active leaks first (e.g. with Lamposilex). Soak the substrate, then let excess water evaporate.
- Apply 2–3 coats by brush (or two by spray), 5–24 hours apart, to a final thickness of approx. 2–3mm.
- Application temperature +5°C to +35°C; pot life approx. 1 hour; put into service after 7 days.
- Rigid waterproofing only – not for surfaces subject to movement or traffic. Not for plaster, plasterboard, painted walls or timber boards, and not a cure for condensation.
Consumption: approx. 1.5kg/m² per mm of thickness. Store for up to 12 months in original packaging in a dry place. For professional use; contains cement – wear gloves and goggles.
