ACS Scrub Out Mould Growth – 5L
ACS Scrub Out Mould Growth
ACS Scrub Out is a clear, ready-to-use fungicidal sterilising and cleaning solution combining a powerful biocide with a high-capacity detergent.
Main uses
- As a surface biocide to eradicate and inhibit organic growth (algae, mildew, moulds and lichens) on masonry, glass, tiles and painted surfaces; with regular use it will inhibit the growth of moulds on grout and sealants
- As a pre-treatment for mould and mildew before painting with ACS Anti-Mould Emulsion, Hydrobar Anticon anti-condensation paint or paints containing ACS Mould Eradication Additive
Special features
- Multi-surface use with wide spectrum of activity
- Low VOC
- Practically odourless
- Non-flammable
- Equally effective on masonry, glass, tiles, painted finishes and timber
Coverage
By cloth, sponge or spray: 1 litre to 10–12m², depending on porosity and surface profile.
Notes
- Not for controlling mosses and vegetation
- Not for surfaces where food or feed is prepared, stored or eaten
- Not a permanent cure for condensation moulds – regular use delays their return in areas such as bathrooms and shower rooms
- May discolour non-ferrous metals such as copper and cause colour loss on fabrics – test first
- HSE No. 7550. Use pesticides safely. Always read the label.
