Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.

Our kits bundle together the products that are most frequently bought together for a job, with the quantities calculated to cover the stated area. The BIOKIL. Cavity Drainage Membrane Kit contains the membrane, fixings and tape needed to create a dry, render-ready wall surface after a new damp proof course, sized to cover approximately 30m².
Kit contains
- 3 x 3mm Meshed Membrane 1m x 10m Rolls
- 1 x 50mm Plaster Plugs (500)
- 1 x 115mm Plaster Mesh Tape Roll
- 2 x 8mm SDS Drill Bits
About the 3mm Meshed Membrane
- Designed for use after insertion of a new damp proof course
- Robust, impermeable barrier on damp or deteriorating surfaces with a firm key for render or dot-and-dab
- High-performance mesh welded to the membrane during manufacture
- Part of a Type C cavity drain membrane system in line with BS 8102:2009
- Waterproof, salt inhibiting, root and contaminant resistant
- Quick to install with minimal preparation; no drying-out – redecoration can follow immediately
- Suitable for walls above and below ground level
About the fixings and tape
- BIOKIL. 50mm Plaster Plugs fix the membrane through standard plaster finishes into masonry – ideal for thinner plaster layers or reduced embedment depth
- BIOKIL. Plaster Mesh Tape is a high-strength fibreglass reinforcing tape applied over membrane joints and fixing points before plastering or rendering, helping reduce the risk of cracking
