Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.

BIOKIL. Anti-Condensation Paint – fine-textured matt anti-condensation coating

A single-pack, waterborne coating designed specifically for condensation control. Its active mineral component creates an insulating layer that keeps surfaces drier and warmer for longer than standard paints, delaying condensation forming. It contains an in-can biocide to protect the painted surface from fungal growth. Ideal for ceilings, walls, pipework and inside cupboards in kitchens, bathrooms and other humid areas not subject to abrasion or frequent washing.

Application

Treat any existing mould first with ACS Mould Wash Concentrate; seal porous masonry and new plaster with an acrylic sealer.
Apply 2–3 coats by brush, medium-nap roller or spray at 4–6m² per litre per coat.
Touch dry 1 hour; re-coat 2–3 hours; return to service 24 hours (wait at least 24 hours before using showers).
Do not apply if relative humidity exceeds 85% or the surface is less than 3°C above dew point. Not generally recommended for exterior use.

Can be over-painted with BIOKIL. Anti-Mould Emulsion or standard decorative paints, although extra paint may reduce its effectiveness. Available in white and magnolia, 5 litre tubs. Store dry and frost-free.
