BIOKIL. Anti-Mould Emulsion – premium mould-resistant paint
A premium, water-based interior emulsion formulated to prevent black mould growth in areas affected by condensation and high humidity. It gives a durable, washable matt finish with long-term protection against mould on walls and ceilings – ideal after mould treatment to keep rooms cleaner and more hygienic.

Typical applications
Kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and bedrooms that suffer mould staining or poor ventilation. An excellent choice for social housing, rental properties and student accommodation, and for refurbishment after mould treatment.
How to use
- Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and free from loose paint and debris.
- Treat all visible mould with ACS Mould Wash Concentrate, rinse and allow to dry fully.
- Stir thoroughly and apply one even coat; allow to dry, then apply a second coat for optimal mould resistance.
- Ventilate well during application and drying. Do not apply below 5°C and avoid heavy condensation while drying.
Coverage: approx. 10–12m² per litre per coat, depending on the surface. Drying: touch dry in 1–2 hours; re-coat after 4 hours in typical conditions.
Available in white and magnolia, 5 litre. Store upright in a cool, dry place, protect from frost and keep tightly sealed. For long-term results, consider improving ventilation, e.g. with a BIOKIL. Passive Vent.
