Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.

BIOKIL. Trade Emulsion – high opacity matt emulsion for interior walls & ceilings
BIOKIL. Trade Emulsion is a top quality, economical, high opacity matt emulsion which gives excellent coverage and application.
It is suitable for all interior wall and ceiling surfaces, and is especially suitable for use on plasterboard and new plaster that is still drying out.

Preparation
- Surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and salts
- Where necessary, wash to remove dirt, grease and powdery residues, rinse with clean water and allow to dry; seal surfaces that remain powdery with an appropriate plaster sealer
- Where necessary, rub down and wipe off with a damp, lint-free cloth; wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding
- Fill surface defects with the appropriate filler
Application
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply 1 or 2 coats by brush, roller or spray.
- Thinning – sealing new or bare surfaces: up to 1 part clean water to 3 parts paint. Normal use (not to be exceeded): up to 1 part water to 5 parts paint. Conventional spray: up to 1 part water to 2.5 parts paint. Airless spray: up to 1 part water to 5 parts paint.
- Airless spray typical set-up: minimum 133 bar (2000 lb/sq in), tip size 0.38mm (15 thou), tip angle 65°.
- Recoat after 2–4 hours. Clean brushes with clean water after removing as much paint as possible.

Health and safety
Water-based paint product. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying and do not breathe spray. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; eye protection is advisable. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature, and protect from frost. Do not empty into drains or watercourses. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
