Everbuild® STIXALL® Extreme Power is a one-part, solvent-free hybrid polymer that combines the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane to bond and seal almost any common building surface—indoors, outdoors, and even underwater. With incredible initial grab, gap-filling consistency, high bond strength, and rapid curing, it offers unmatched versatility in demanding environments. • Hardness (Shore A): 55–60
• Elongation & Strength: >60% elongation, >1.5 MPa tensile strength.
• Cure Rate: ~1 mm/24 h; skin time approx. 30 ± 10 min. 
• Temperature Range: -40 °C to +100 °C (clear: up to +70 °C). 
• Shelf Life: 12 months (cartridge), 24 months (squeezy tube) when stored at 5–25 °C. 
• Standards: CE/UKCA marked to EN 15651‑1:2012, Type F INT. 
• Colours: White, Grey, Black, Brown, Anthracite, Clear.

Typical Uses

• Strong bond adhesive for wall panels, skirting, mirrors, fixtures.
• Sealing around door/window perimeters and cladding joints.
• Rapid repairs in automotive, caravan, and marine settings.
• Heavy-duty gap filling and waterproof sealing in wet or exposed conditions.
