Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland are charged at cost—please contact us.

BIOKIL. BioBase – Liquid Applied DPM
BIOKIL. BioBase Liquid Applied DPM is a ready-to-use, water-based, single-pack damp-proof and gas-resistant membrane for above-ground applications, available in 5L and 20L. It forms a flexible and elastic coating once cured and is suitable for solid floors, embedded timbers and floor-to-wall junctions. It can be applied to damp (but not wet) substrates by brush, roller or spray, and is touch-dry in around one hour. Provides a barrier to damp, radon, carbon dioxide and methane.

Typical applications
- Solid concrete floors and screeds (cured at least 28 days)
- Embedded timbers and floor-to-wall junctions
- Low-level wall application up to the DPC (typically under 100mm)
- Preparation under laminate floors
- Refurbishment and new-build projects
Application
- Stir well before use
- Apply 2 coats by brush, roller or airless spray, each coat 0.55 L/m²
- Apply the second coat at right angles to the first once touch-dry (approx. 1 hour); do not leave more than 24 hours between coats
- Minimum 0.6mm dry film thickness for vapour barrier performance
- Do not apply below 7°C; ensure good ventilation
- Colour change from blue to black indicates drying
Limitations
- Not a trafficable/wearing surface
- Must not be exposed to direct sunlight externally
- Not suitable for negative water pressure (e.g. basements)
- Do not directly bond wood flooring to BioBase-coated concrete
