Credit

Our credit terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Credit facilities may be withdrawn for overdue accounts.

Goods will not pass to the purchaser until the account is paid in full.

Prices

All goods are sold at prices ruling at date of order. Prices are shown both including and excluding VAT, and a VAT invoice is provided with every order.

Claims

Claims for shortages, damaged or loss of goods must be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Non-delivery must be advised in writing within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

Returns

Goods can only be accepted for return by prior authorisation, within 14 days of delivery, and a re-stocking charge may apply. Specialist goods that are manufactured to order are not returnable.
