AquaDry BBA Masonry Protection Cream – breathable, single-coat water repellent for brick, stone and concrete

AquaDry is a clear, breathable water-repellent cream for brick, concrete and stone walls. Its silane/siloxane formula penetrates deep into the masonry and lines the pores rather than blocking them, creating a long-lasting water-repellent barrier while keeping the wall's natural appearance and letting it breathe.

Coverage & pack sizes

5m² per litre, one coat only (target 200ml/m²), depending on the roughness and porosity of the surface. Available in 5L and 20L tubs. Shelf life up to 12 months.

Before you apply

• Clean dirty surfaces with BIOKIL. Biocidal Cleanser (concentrate) 2–3 days beforehand. Do not use detergents.
• Apply only to dry, porous surfaces. Above-ground use only.
• Treat a small test area first – slight darkening can occur on some substrates.

What to expect

AquaDry goes on white so treated areas are easy to see. It begins penetrating within 15–20 minutes, is resistant to light rain after 2–4 hours, and the wall returns to its original appearance after 24–48 hours. The characteristic "beading" effect can take up to two months to appear.
