Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland are charged at cost—please contact us.

Bio-Therm Adhesive
Bio-Therm Adhesive is a specially formulated adhesive designed for seamless application of Bio-Therm Roll, ensuring a secure, long-lasting bond while maintaining breathability and waterproofing properties. Applied using a notched trowel, this adhesive creates a 5mm-thick layer on walls, into which the Bio-Therm Roll is pressed and smoothed. Once cured, the system provides an overall depth of approximately 10mm with a plaster skim coat, offering a slim yet highly effective thermal barrier.
