Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland are charged at cost—please contact us.

Bio-Therm
Bio-Therm Roll is a ultra-thin insulation material designed to combat heat loss, condensation, and damp-related issues in homes and commercial buildings. With a thickness of just 4mm, this high performance polyester-based material provides exceptional thermal efficiency while preserving valuable room space. Its lightweight and flexible design make installation simple, even around sockets, switches, and radiator brackets. Unlike traditional insulation, Bio-Therm integrates seamlessly with existing interiors, often allowing door architraves and skirting boards to remain in place. Once applied using Bio-Therm Adhesive, it is finished with a thin plaster skim coat, resulting in a total system depth of just 10mm.
