Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.

Injection Hole Blanking Plugs for Chemical Damp-Proof Courses

BIOKIL 10mm DPC Plugs are durable plastic blanking plugs designed to seal drilled injection holes after the installation of BioDry ProFlow or another chemical damp-proof course fluid.

The plugs provide a quick, clean alternative to filling each hole with mortar. Once pressed fully into place, they create a neat, flush finish while helping to prevent moisture, dust and debris from entering the treated injection holes.

Application

  1. Complete the chemical damp-proof course injection in accordance with the relevant product instructions.
  2. Remove excess treatment material and loose debris from the entrance of each drilled hole.
  3. Press a BIOKIL DPC Plug into the 10mm injection hole.
  4. Lightly tap the plug if necessary to achieve a secure fit.
  5. Ensure the plug sits flush with the surrounding masonry surface.

Store the plugs in a clean, dry environment until required. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection when completing damp-proof course injection work and inserting the plugs.
