Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland are charged at cost—please contact us.

BIOKIL. Dustproofer Hardener – concentrated silicate dustproofer for concrete
BIOKIL. Dustproofer Hardener is a concentrated silicate solution for direct application to concrete. It hardens and dustproofs the surface, leaving a residual surface that prevents further dusting.

Typical applications
- New and old concrete/cement-based floors

Application
- Read the label and wear suitable protective equipment. Remove all surface debris and growth and repair any defects.
- First coat: apply by brush or spray at 1 litre per 5m², working well into the surface.
- Second coat: apply after 24 hours. Further coats may be applied to exceptionally dusty floors.
- Allow the second coat to dry for 24 hours, then hose down the entire area with cold, clean water to remove any unreacted surplus material.
Limitations
- Only of use on cement-containing surfaces
- Always wash down to remove unreacted material after use
- Will not restore badly disintegrated concrete – carry out repairs first
- Do not treat concrete within 28 days of laying

Health and safety
Contains sodium silicate. Risk of serious damage to the eye – wear suitable eye/face protection and avoid contact with skin. If product enters eyes, rinse immediately with copious quantities of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
