Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland are charged at cost—please contact us.

Newton 801-M Mastic Sealant – Sealing mastic for membrane fixing plugs
Newton 801-M Mastic Sealant is a non-toxic, solvent-free, multipurpose single-component silicone sealant, primarily used with Newton System 800 damp proofing membranes. Applied to the fixing plugs before they are fitted, it seals the penetration and stops a "bridge" forming between the damp or stained substrate and the new internal surface. It has high resistance to ageing and temperature extremes and achieves high adhesive strength without primer on most building and engineering materials.

Limitations
- Do not expose to thermal, mechanical or chemical influences until fully cured
- Not suitable for structural glazing, mirrors, polyacrylate, polycarbonate or sanitary applications
- Not suitable where the cured sealant will form part of a painted finish
