Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm (stock permitting) are dispatched the same working day on a next working day service (not guaranteed).
Some areas, like Northern Scotland, may take 2–3 working days.

Sikasil-825 Neutral Cure Silicone – Low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant
Sikasil®-825 is a low modulus, neutral cure, alkoxy, low odour silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming.

- Excellent tooling and slow skinning for large scale construction and glazing
- Adheres to glass, metals, plastics, painted or unpainted wood, uPVC and polycarbonate
- Excellent external weathering over many years
- High viscosity, non-slump formula
- Resistant to fumed hydrogen peroxide and formaldehyde once fully cured
- ISO 11600 F25LM and G25LM; UKCA / CE marked under EN 15651; ASTM C719 Class 35
Typical applications
- Perimeter pointing around uPVC, wood and powder coated aluminium
- Sealing soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc
- Weather sealing pre-formed panels and curtain walling; glazing and draught proofing
- Precast concrete and masonry including brick, natural stone and terracotta
- Expansion joints; bedding and sealing insulated glass units
