Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is £12.50 + VAT to UK Mainland. Orders over £100.00 + VAT qualify for free delivery, except for certain products—these will be clearly shown at checkout.

TIMCO Welded Masonry Hanger A2 SS – stainless steel joist hanger for masonry walls

A welded TIMCO joist hanger for building into masonry walls, made from 2.4mm A2 (304) stainless steel to EN 845-1.

Hangers above 150mm are made 10mm shorter to allow for notching and regularised timber.

Installation guidelines

Make sure the back plate sits flat against the wall and is fixed securely.
Build at least three block courses (675mm) above the hanger before the joist is loaded.
Nail the side flanges with 3.75 x 30mm galvanised square twist nails.
Let the mortar cure fully before any load is applied.
Keep the gap between wall and joist to 6mm or less.
Square-cut the joist so it sits tight to the back of the hanger.
