TIMCO Wing-Tip Self-Drilling Screw No3 – zinc, timber to light section steel

A wing-tip self-drilling screw specifically designed to attach timber to light section steel. It has a coarse self-tapping thread and wings that ream out the timber, so the screw can run at maximum speed without burning out. When the wings hit the metal they break off, letting the thread self-tap into the steel. Zinc finish. Sold in TIMbags.
