TIMCO Wing-Tip Self-Drilling Screw No4 – bi-metal, timber to heavy section steel

A wing-tip self-drilling screw specifically designed to attach timber to heavy section steel (up to 12mm). It has a metric thread and wings that ream out the timber, so the screw can run at maximum speed without burning out. When the wings hit the metal they break off, letting the thread self-tap into the steel. Bi-metal, silver organic coated finish. Bi-metal construction, boxed.
