TIMCO Zip-Fix Cavity Wall Fixing
Zip-Fix from TIMCO is a heavy-duty cavity wall anchor for plasterboard, most hollow concrete blocks, cavity walls and ceilings. It installs quickly and is ideal for TV brackets, radiators and cabinets.
Each fixing comes with both 40mm and 60mm M6 screws to suit a wider range of fixture thicknesses.

How to fit
- Drill a 13mm hole in the board or block.
- With the thumb tab facing up, push the metal toggle through the hole so it drops down behind the board.
- Slide the nylon collar towards the wall until it sits in the hole, then snap off the nylon arms.
- Pass an M6 screw through the fixture into the Zip-Fix thread and tighten until secure.
